The Process

The Tower
First is the creation of a tower. This allows each participant to get used to the bricks. No matter how many participants, no two towers will be the same.

Challenges
Next are the questions. Each facilitation is custom built to each organizations specifications. Each organization has different challenges and goals and this is where we discuss them.

Solutions
Taking apart their model, each participant comes up with possible solutions to the different challenges in this stage of the process. Again, each solution is unique and active discussion takes place.

The Landscape
After solving the challenges participants now consider the actual implementation of their ideas. Keeping their solutions model built, the participants as a table combine each solution to create a landscape of how their ideas and solutions should be implemented.
