Renee E. Shull is the CEO and Founder of Integrated Play a company that specializes in handling those aspects of an athlete’s and individual careers that can be easily overlooked by an agent or team with an overflowing roster or company downsizing. She has spent many years helping individuals move on to their next passion. Renee has a personal approach, leaving no doubt about the investment of time and dedication she grants every client. This wholehearted commitment and attention to detail is the secret to her success as one of the very few successful females in an aggressive, male-dominated sports industry.


In 2009 after a successful career in human resources, Ms. Shull choose to expand her human resources experience by pursuing an entrepreneurial venture with athlete's career management. She had noticed a gap between the roles of player agents and league resources when it came to career management services after the player has fulfilled their contract. It is easy for rookies and veterans alike to fall through the cracks. Renee used vision and determination to open an office where players could find individually tailored career assistance at any stage of their career. Recognized for her ability to organize and excute in diverse areas in both public and private sectors.  She has a Masters degree in Business Management and has been a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) for the last 15 years. A Ceterfied LEGO Serious Play Partner and is has her Black Belt in Six Sigma.
